Privacy is the ability of an individual or group to seclude themselves or information about themselves, and thereby express themselves selectively.
I feel that he is just saying it to attract a certain type of people while in the same time he is sure that he will not do it.
Not even the first CEO to do it remember the time when Zuckerberg said that Facebook is going to implement encryption in the messenger?
At the end I hope people see past his lies.
